The newly designed Curtain Controller is a screw driven automated curtain machine with a heavy duty 15, 30 or 60 RPM, 115 VAC motor. Multi-directional, frame mounted, header pulleys and latch out assembly is standard on all machines. Thermostat controls, electronic controls and extra bracket kits are sold separately.
Auto Curtain 506 Operates curtains on a cable system by winching cable around a grooved drum controlled by a thermostat and timer.

Auto Curtain 506S The model 506S version uses a sprocket and chain drive (instead of drum) turning a pipe that runs the length of the building pulling the curtain or door drop cords directly around the pipe eliminating the need for cable (operates same as 506)

Auto Curtain 511 The 511 series is designed to be used with the latest in electronic controls. The internal timer has been removed allowing the newer electronic controls to fully utilize their electronic timers. The 511 series comes in two models; the 511 is the standard drum unit, while the 511S incorporates a sprocket drive configuration. Both of these machines employ the Auto Curtain's standard of excellence, durability and performance.

SP-2 Control The SP-2 reads the static pressure in the room and adjusts any three wire drive unit until it reaches your preset requirement. With an adjustable time delay, manual adjustment and a high and low pressure alarm, this static pressure control is as complete as they get.

Drive Block Assembly The Curtain Controller drive block assembly features a nylon insert in a heavy-duty powder coated weld. The removable nylon insert simplifies maintenance, decreases friction and provides wear characteristics superior to conventional brass drive blocks. UHMW polyethylene guide wheels insure smooth travel, proper alignment and stability of the drive block in the machine.

Direct Drive Gear Motor The Curtain Controller utilizes a threaded block and drive screw directly coupled to a direct drive gear motor. |
Latch Out Switches Adjustable latch out switches can be installed in multiple locations to energize and de-energize a variety of equipment. |
Limit Switches Isolated primary and secondary limit switches allow for back-up protection. New one-piece, galvanized, liftoff cover makes for ease of service. Plastic water resistant junction box is accessible from the outside of the curtain controller. |

Optional Potentiometer Optional shaft mounted potentiometer provides an accurate and immediate signal to indicate movement and position of the drive. The potentiometer can be wired to a PF-6 inlet-positioning module to allow precise control of air inlets or curtains based on temperature rather than static pressure. |

With an easy to use digital display it can be programmed with automatic growth curves and interfaces with your PC when used with an interface. Up to four sensors can be used to average the temperature of larger rooms. Adjustable open and close times help make it the most precise curtain control for the money. It can be used with all curtain machines that do not have internal timers.
